“Choose companions who uplift and inspire.”
(Maximizing Your Potential: Essential Growth Tools)

Jim Rohn famously said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Whether it’s true or not, we are certainly shaped by the people with which we surround ourselves for better or for worse. As the Bible says, “Bad company corrupts good character.”

So, if you want to be a better person, then spend time with better people. Surround yourself with those whom you admire and want to emulate, not those who drag you down and stunt your growth. The truth is that you have a much better chance of growing and succeeding in life if you run with those are already doing it.
 Growing stronger, side by side!
