The Team

Since its inception, Ben and Kent have partnered to lead and build out the vision for LTI, developing leadership training programs, writing several books and resources, launching a podcast, hosting various events, and developing a global platform for the organization. As Co-founders, they wear many different hats and share the responsibility of leading and guiding the Institute to fulfill its vision to create change and influence society by training people to integrate the love of God into all dimensions of life.

Ben Bost

Ben is the Co-Founder of the Love & Transformation Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to leveraging the love of God to transform individuals and organizations by providing resources and creating experiences to inspire change and influence society..

As Co-Founder, Ben is the operational leader and creative director for LTI. He oversees the brand, digital engagement philosophy, content creation, and innovation. He has background in digital technology, media, content curation, mentoring and organizational leadership.

As a catalytic leader, Ben is fascinated by change and how it occurs while maintaining a high value for organizational health and outside the box thinking. He also brings a deep creative aesthetic and philosophical approach to every experience that assists with how to adapt to our rapidly changing culture.

A former professional golfer, Ben transitioned his years on the course into mentoring worldclass athletes and business leaders. From 2006-2016, Ben was the Senior Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Golf Ministry. During this time, Ben served as Spring Training chaplain to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim through Baseball Chapel and the traveling community on the PGA Tour. In 2010, Ben helped launch and then ran GAMEDAY, an immersive tour golf experience still available for families that was featured on Inside the PGA TOUR.

Ben holds a BA in History and Religious Studies (UCLA, Baylor University) and an MA in Biblical Leadership from Phoenix Seminary.

Ben lives in Eagle, Idaho with his wife Carrie, and three children: Joshua, Eli, and Audrey.

Kent DelHousaye

Kent is a non-profit director, executive coach, pastor, and professor.

He is the co-founder of the Love & Transformation Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to leveraging the love of God to transform individuals and organizations by providing resources and creating experiences to inspire change and influence society. Kent is also the founder of the DelHousaye Group, an agency that provides executive coaching and leadership consulting services.

Prior to starting LTI and DG, Kent was a pastor for twenty years at churches in California and Arizona having turned around two large established churches that both surged in attendance, budget, and staff under his leadership. He also worked for several years in commercial real estate development and brokerage, recruiting and public relations, and even demographics and futurism.

Kent is a published author and songwriter as well as a college and seminary professor. He authored a book called Blueprint in Bedlam and co-authored two books called Four Dimensions of Human Health and MegaLife: How to live without fear. He also co-authored a worship album called Unexpected Blessing. He has served as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University, Phoenix Seminary, Ecola Bible College, and the Boise Biblical Studies Center.

Kent has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Arizona State University, a Master of Divinity degree in Biblical Communication from Phoenix Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry degree in Philosophical Theology from the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University, and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Executive Coaching from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine.

Kent and his wife Stephanie have been married for 25 years and reside in Eagle, Idaho. They have three children named Ethan, Christian, and Claire.
