About the Seeds Building

Shortly after forming LTI, the organization was moved from Scottsdale to Boise, ID. In 2020, the Love and Transformation Institute was invited to move into a building in the heart of downtown Boise into the exact location the leaders had dreamed and prayed about. LTI headquarters with offices, podcast studio, and event space is now based in the historic SEEDS building on the corner of Myrtle and 8th Street, one of the busiest intersections in the entire city.

National landmark status was not enough to save the O.W. Smith ware­house. Only the facade (center of photo) remains from the original building, which was torn down in 2006.
